Vendor Application

ONE TENT ONLY IS REMAINING FOR THE 1st ANNUAL BOTTOMS UP AVON SNOWFLAKE FESTIVAL! 

Looking for the following vendors specifically but feel free to complete and send. As long as not duplicate product vendor, we will consider:

- dog/cat gift basket or dog/cat cookie items

- men's stocking stuffers

If you're interested in becoming a vendor, please use the form to provide your company name, website address (if applicable), contact person for any questions, contact's phone number and email, electrical requirements during the event and purpose for each outlet requested, and a description of your products, history - including past events as vendor, experience, and any other pertinent information you'd like to share with us. Please indicate your charitable participation components as well. We look forward to reviewing your application.
